1. 当施設について（最重要事項） / About the Facility (Important Notice)

⚠️ 当施設は旅館・ホテルなどの宿泊施設ではありません。
当施設は文化芸術活動・ワークショップ・イベント等を目的としたスペースであり、
宿泊サービス・宿泊設備を提供する施設ではありません。

そのため、以下の行為は一切できません。

  • 映像制作を目的としない宿泊目的での滞在
  • ベッド・布団等の寝具提供
  • 風呂・シャワーなどの入浴設備利用
  • 22時以降の撮影
  • 宿泊者名簿記入など旅館業法に基づく手続き

⚠️ This facility is NOT a lodging facility such as a hotel or ryokan.
Toba Scala-za is a space designated for cultural and artistic activities, workshops, and events.
It does not provide lodging services or lodging-related facilities.

Therefore, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Staying for the purpose of sleeping or lodging unrelated to filming
  • Provision of beds, futons, or other bedding
  • Use of baths or shower facilities
  • Filming after 10:00 PM
  • Lodging procedures required under Japanese law (Ryokan Business Act)

2. 利用目的 / Permitted Purposes

当施設は以下の目的で利用できます。

  • 芸術・文化・演劇・音楽などの創作活動
  • 展示会・上映会・トークイベント
  • 講座・セミナー・ワークショップ
  • 会議・打ち合わせ
  • 写真／映像撮影
  • その他、当施設が認める活動

次に該当する場合、利用をお断りすることがあります。

  • 公序良俗に反する行為
  • 違法行為や危険行為
  • 宗教・ネットワークビジネス等の勧誘
  • 騒音トラブルの可能性が高い行為
  • その他、不適切と判断した内容

The facility may be used for the following purposes:

  • Artistic, cultural, theatrical, or musical creation
  • Exhibitions, screenings, talk events
  • Workshops, seminars, lectures
  • Meetings and business discussions
  • Photography or video shooting
  • Any other activities approved by the facility

Use may be refused if the activity:

  • Violates public order or morality
  • Involves illegal or dangerous actions
  • Involves solicitation for religion or multi-level marketing
  • Is likely to cause noise disturbances
  • Is deemed inappropriate by the management

3. 利用時間 / Hours of Use

  • 利用可能時間：＿＿：＿＿〜＿＿：＿＿
  • 22時以降の利用は禁止 です。
  • 利用時間には、準備・片付け・清掃時間を含みます。
  • 近隣住民への配慮をお願いします。
  • Available hours: ___:___–___:___
  • Use after 10:00 PM is strictly prohibited.
  • Setup, cleanup, and preparation time are included within the reserved hours.
  • Please be considerate of neighboring residents.

4. 予約・キャンセル / Reservation & Cancellation

  • ご利用には事前予約が必要です。
  • 予約確定後の変更・キャンセルは規定に従います。
  • 申請内容と実際の利用が異なる場合は利用を中断していただきます。
  • Advance reservation is required.
  • Changes or cancellations after confirmation are subject to the facility’s policy.
  • If the actual use differs significantly from the application, the use may be terminated.

最大滞在者数 / Maximum Occupancy

当施設の最大滞在者数は 10名まで です。
利用者はこの人数上限を遵守し、予約時および利用当日に正確な人数を申告してください。
人数超過が確認された場合、利用の中断、追加料金の発生、または今後の利用制限を行う場合があります。

The maximum occupancy of the facility is 10 people.
Users must comply with this limit and accurately report the number of attendees both at the time of reservation and on the day of use.
If the number of users exceeds the limit, the facility may terminate use, charge additional fees, or restrict future reservations.

5. 禁止事項 / Prohibited Activities

■ 宿泊行為

  • 撮影に関係しない宿泊目的の利用

■ 施設利用の禁止行為

  • 指定場所以外の喫煙
  • 危険物の持ち込み
  • 過度な音量
  • 備品の破損につながる使用
  • 無断の物販・勧誘・営業
  • 近隣や他利用者への迷惑行為

■ 法令違反

  • 旅館業法違反
  • 著作権やその他法律への違反

■ Lodging-related activities

  • Using the facility for sleeping or lodging unrelated to filming

■ Misuse of the facility

  • Smoking in non-designated areas
  • Bringing hazardous materials
  • Excessive noise
  • Misuse that damages equipment
  • Unauthorized sales, solicitation, or business activities
  • Disturbing other users or neighbors

■ Violations of law

  • Violations of the Ryokan Business Act
  • Copyright infringement or other illegal acts

6. 設備・備品の扱い / Facility & Equipment Handling

  • 備品は丁寧にご使用ください。
  • 破損・汚損があった場合、修繕費を請求する場合があります。
  • 備品の無断持ち出しは禁止です。
  • Please handle all equipment with care.
  • Repair or replacement costs may be charged for damage or stains.
  • Unauthorized removal of equipment is prohibited.

7. 貴重品の管理 / Personal Belongings

  • 貴重品は各自で管理してください。
  • 盗難・紛失への責任は負いません。
  • Please manage personal valuables at your own responsibility.
  • The facility is not liable for theft or loss.

8. 事故・災害時の対応 / Emergencies & Accidents

  • 火災・災害時はスタッフ指示に従ってください。
  • 利用者間トラブルについて責任は負いません。
  • Follow staff instructions in case of fire or natural disaster.
  • The facility assumes no responsibility for disputes between users.

9. 個人情報の取り扱い / Privacy & Personal Data

取得した個人情報は、予約管理・連絡目的にのみ利用します。

Personal information obtained will be used only for reservation management and communication purposes.

10. 規約の変更 / Revisions to Terms

本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。最新の内容は本ページでご確認ください。

These terms may be updated without prior notice. Please refer to this page for the latest version.

11. 制作物への「鳥羽スカラ座」クレジット表記について（特約） / Credit Requirement for Created Works (Special Agreement)

本施設を利用して制作された番組、映像作品、写真作品、音声作品、展示作品、イベント記録、その他の制作物には、
協力・協賛・ロケ地・撮影協力欄等に必ず「鳥羽スカラ座」の名称を明記してください。

記載例：

  • 協力：鳥羽スカラ座
  • 撮影協力：鳥羽スカラ座
  • Special Thanks：Toba Scala-za

この特約は、「鳥羽」という地域の文化発展や地域活性化を推進するために設けられたものです。
表記が確認できない場合、今後のご利用を制限させていただく場合があります。

For any programs, videos, photography, audio works, exhibitions, event recordings, or other creative works produced using this facility,
users are required to include the name “Toba Scala-za” in the credits such as cooperation, sponsorship, or location acknowledgements.

Examples:

  • Cooperation: Toba Scala-za
  • Filmed with the cooperation of Toba Scala-za
  • Special Thanks: Toba Scala-za

This clause is intended to contribute to cultural development and revitalization of the town of Toba.
Failure to include proper credit may result in restrictions on future use of the facility.
